Best grade in audit

In 2024, we were BRCGS certified for the third time, this time after an unannounced audit.

The BRCGS audit was conducted by Det Norske Veritas (DNV). It covers all production departments at the slaughterhouse and processing facility, from slaughtering to finished product and packaging. This time, we were awarded the AA+ grade, the best possible result. BRCGS certification guarantees that we meet the strictest requirements for food safety and quality.

Receiving top marks after an unannounced audit confirms that we deliver quality every single day. This is the result of dedicated effort from the entire organisation and a strong culture of food safety and continuous improvement.
