Focus on the work environment and well-being shall be integrated into the company’s daily operations, and we will continuously develop the work environment.
We speak with each other, not about each other. Everyone has a responsibility to actively contribute so that we all enjoy being at work, both through attitudes and behavior.
Everyone shall feel wanted, valued, and welcomed at work, and receive recognition and respect for their efforts.
Work shall be organised so that employees at all life stages experience a good balance between work and leisure. Both employer and employee have a mutual obligation to find good solutions.
No employee shall experience harassment or offensive behavior. We take unacceptable behavior and harassment very seriously and distance ourselves from discrimination based on, for example, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or religion.
